Female Korean Judge Blocked Sumsung Pad

A federal judge banned Korean manufacture Samsung's Galaxy Pad from selling in the US, citing a patent dispute. A same claim made by Apple in the UK was thrown out by the court. Further, Apple was ordered to place a statement on its website to clarify that Samsung did not infringe upon its IP. Last month, an American federal court judge dismissed Apple's IP claim case

Korean American Judge Lucy H. Koh became a federal judge for the Northern District of California in 2010.

More than often, with few exception, Asian descendants go beyond reasonable to prove their determination to separate their past.

Shamed Korean Nominee Rejected

A Korean-American candidate to the associate justice at the New Jersey Supreme Court was shamed during the State Senate hearings and rejected in the end.

Phillip H. Kwon was a superb candidate to the post by professional aspects, with an array of high-flying positions from an clerk to a federal judge to a partner in top law firms, from experiences in US Attorney's Office to First Assistant Attorney General. However, Kwon was found lacking in personal life and ethics, in particular, his arrangement (or lacking arrangement) of his disabled father. Kwons were also questioned on their practice of 'structuring', that is breaking money into smaller account to avoid triggering IRS audit.

While Kwon insisted absolute wrongdoings, for any Asian-American under Confucianism, Kwon is a disgrace. Not because of his failure to grab a high judicial post, but because of what had been revealed in the hearings. That is definitely not a reflection of what Asian-American had been carrying down from generation to generation in thousands of years. And obviously, Mr. Kwon was not a representation of Asian-American. Asian-American community would be ashamed if he were seen as one.

Awakening Desire among South Koreans

Koreans had been known for their wild approach in sex in history. When Japanese occupation walked out of their barracks 100 years ago, they were shocked to see every Korean women had their breasts revealed in their entirety, though otherwise clothed. The Japanese swiftly issued an ordnance which effectively ended a thousand years Korean culture.

When Hyundai competes directly with Toyota and Samsung ravels SONY, Koreans are picking up their national confidence.

They used bomb to demolish a most magnificent palace built during the occupation a few years back. Last year, an official national committee sorted through historical document to compose a list of Korean 'collaborators' during the occupation. Those people and their decedents were prohibited from bidding for government contract. This year, a first ever 'nude beach' is set up to rock the Japanese as the capital of sex in the world.

All nude stage plays have become a new fashion that every Korean must see. On the menu next month, it's the all nude drama "When Professors Met Female Students". Commercials bragged out bright illumination on private parts with spot lights.

Berkeley Defends Torture

Christopher Edley Jr., the Dean of the Berkeley School of Law defends John Yoo's employment by saying, 'a tenured professor can be dismissed only for "commission of a criminal act which has led to conviction in a court of law and which clearly demonstrated unfitness to continue as a member of the faculty."'.

Dean Edley's arguments are wrong.

John Yoo as a lawyer was the hired gun for the Bush administration in writing up the CYA memos for the DoJ in which he redefined the torture as used in war.

Had the US lost the war, Yoo would have been tried and executed as a war criminal. Yoo got away from the international court not because he was innocent, but because he put the United States as shield. Consequently the image of the United States was permanently ruined. Many people suffered, and some died. More will suffer and die as a result. John Yoo knowingly and consciously performed this as a cheap hired gun for then DoJ leaders, consciously at the cost of the Country. The act and the harm it caused mounted to the level of treason.

In addition, Yoo is not suitable for continuing teaching at any capacity. As Scott Horton of Columbia Law School wrote, '.. Lawyers who act on the public stage can have an enormous impact on their society and the world around them....can also be vessels of horrendous injustice and oppression. Indeed they can formant and advance a criminal design....a generation of Berkeley grads to think that writing up CYA memos for political friends is an honorable and proper thing -- or at least something you can get away with, suffering no negative repercussions?...do little credit to the students and faculty at Boalt Hall.

Timothy Burke of Swarthmore College wrote, '.. Shouldn't this kind of approach to knowledge and scholarship disqualify someone for an academic post?'

Koreans are known for cruelty in war time. Civil protests in Korean constantly have items such as machetes, rocks and Molotov cocktails involved. Although Korean military hadn't won a battle in a long time, their army fought along the Japanese Imperial Army and the US army committed the most despicable war crimes against civilian in WWII as well as the Vietnam War.

Dartmouth Students Demand "Buy American"

Dartmouth Student Media GGMM protested against the College's decision to name an Asian President. A daily community news service composed by a staff writer of Generic Good Morning Message (GGMM) questioned the appointment, and asked the college to 'Buy American', a strategy to pull the US out of the current economic slowdown painted out by President Barack Hussein Obama. The inspiring message was sent to the Dartmouth community on March 3, 2009 after the College appointed an Asian American President, following the suit of the United States and the Grand Ole Party (to name a non-Caucasian leadership for the first time in history):

Date: March 3, 2009 11:06:39 AM EST
To: GOOD-MORNING@LISTSERV.DARTMOUTH.EDU
Subject: Good Morning

This is the Generic Good Morning Message for March 3, 2009.

Yesterday came the announcement that President of the College James Wright will be replaced by Chinaman Kim Jim Yong. And a little bit of me died inside.

It was a complete supplies.

On July 1, yet another hard-working American's job will be taken by an immigrant willing to work in substandard conditions at near-subsistent wage, saving half his money and sending the rest home to his village in the form of traveler's checks. Unless "Jim Yong Kim" means "I love Freedom" in Chinese, I don't want anything to do with him. Dartmouth is America, not Panda Garden Rice Village Restaurant.

Y'all get ready for an Asianification under the guise of diversity under the actual Malaysian-invasion leadership instituted under the guise of diversity. It's a slippery slope we are on. I for one want Democracy and apple pie, not Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen. I know I sure as shit won't ever be eating my Hop dubs bubs with chopsticks. I like to use my own two American hands.

We can understand that all Colored people look alike in their group in American eyes. That's probably how Micheal Steel was tapped to head the Republican Party. Either the party members can't tell Michael from Obama, or they were count on ordinary Americans can't tell. Anyway, Dr. Kim may just look like another yellow man. However, as a privileged person who can actually tell, let me tell you, American, Dr. Kim is not a Chinese. So dear Dartmouth community, next time when you were about to set Dr. Kim on fire, please fuck off the Chinese reference because that is be an insult for a Korean, whom Dr. Kim really is!

Update: Despite the enthusiastic support poured from the entire Dartmouth community, the College and the GGMM decided that the staff writer would keep anonymous, citing 'diversification' considerations. It is only known that the hero who actually placed the message on the server is a GGMM staff writer Jack McNeilly, traced by his EMail address. However, any connection between Jack and the writer would be an unregulated stretch of imagination.

Update: Students and alumni at the Harvard University, Dr. Kim's previous employer, applauded the courage demonstrated by Dartmouth neighbors. The Board of Trustee of Harvard University had passed a motion to mandate a Caucasian replacement for the position left by Dr. Kim.

Perception of Chinese Around the World

A BBC Survey of the perception of Chinese in varies countries shows Americans and Koreans are most hostile towards Chinese, while Americans tend to blame it on the government. Apparently the British have best luck getting laid in Beijing. Indians are the only group of people envy on the freedom Chinese enjoy in China. In general, BBC concluded, it did not seem people in the rest of the world see Chinese a dominant threat to the world.

Korean Gangs Received a Slap on the Wrist in Shanghai

July 9, 2008, five Korean motorists gang members received a slap on the wrist for robbing pedestrians in Shanghai. The First Middle Court of Shanghai released the five Korean citing a hidden doctrine in Communism law that Koreans are superior race than Chinese.

The common tactic of the gang of five is rushing their motorcycle in extreme high speed from a distance towards a pedestrian on Shanghai street, then fleeing the scene in high speed. They also assaulted and battered many Shanghai women to rob their wallets on streets not open to motorcycles. Everyone on the earths knew that you can't count on a communism government to protect its people, but where had all the Shanghai men gone when their women were beaten on the streets in their hometown? Are there any male human being in Shanghai? Were they all neutered by the CCP?

What happened to the judges in the Shanghai First Middle Court? All castrated?

Atrocities Committed by Korean Troops

As a Japanese colony, Korean troops not only fought along the imperial Japanese military, but also were seen committing brutality on people of other south and eastern Asian countries.

In China, the first troop that started gang raping of women after occupying Nanjing, then capital city of China, was the Korean regiment of the 15th division.

In Vietnam War, a 47,000 strong Korean troops was responsible for slaughter of more than 5000 Vietnamese. The picture shows the aftermath of gang rape and slaughter of 1004 Vietnamese committed by the Capital(Tiger) Division of the Korean troops in a village of Binh Dinh province.

Thousands Appalled by Unsportsman-like Action

Five South Korea Women's short track skaters could not hold up any more their frustration on their domestic mates' length. The team raised a sign on the official ceremony after winning the second place in the ongoing Sixth Asian Winter Games held in Changchun, a northeastern city of China. The sign reads: "Korean Male's Manhood is Too Short!"

Many audiences sitting in the stadium at the time couldn't read the signs due to its small size, but Chinese officials protested the action. In a letter to Kim Jung-kil, head of the Korea Olympic Committee (KOC), the organizing committee of the Changchun Asian Games accused the South Korean athletes of engaging in sexual activity during the games, which is banned under the charter of the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Council of Asia, South Korean sports officials said.

The letter was delivered directly to Kim by Chinese organizing committee officials at the Changchun International Airport, just before Kim took a flight to return home, the officials said.

The Chinese officials expressed regret and asked that similar incidents be prevented during the Asian Games, they said.

Korean Claimed the Originality of Chinese Characters

Koreans are claiming the originality of the Chinese characters, actually, they are claiming everything Chinese to be Korean.

There are little similarity between modern Chinese and modern Korean in written language. However, people of the two countries had been using the same language for thousands of years, the Koreans finally realized that Chinese languages to be too sophisticated for their brain. A king in Korea invented a phonetic system Hangul around 1444 to replace the Chinese language.

With the rising of economic status of the Korea. Koreans around the world feel the urge to fabricate an origin of their culture, which has not been lucky to be traced more than a couple of years back. Inspired by the fast accumulating national wealth, but frustrated by the absence of culture identity. Korean historians took the task to advance their history by 'whatever it takes'.

In a recent bid, Korean successfully claimed a traditional Chinese festival a Korean heritage, and registered it with the United Nation. One step further, the Korean government talked the Chinese government to suppress any history study by Chinese professors that is untoward the Korean's taste. Now, they are claiming the Chinese characters were invented by the Koreans.

Whatsoever, do we care about some clowns yelling in the street? It's like flies, annoying, but most of the time we don't even bother to stop what terminate it with a single hand. Well, we do see their desperation.
