Great Quality Control

A blogger and amateur photographer Ke Renchang (Shu Ran) toured the National Stadium (Bird Nest) and was shocked to see the otherwise brand new stadium, the pride of the nation is falling apart, only a few months after hosting the Beijing Olympic Games. Signs and logos are loosing parts, while paved ground are turning into gravel roads.

This picture showed one of the five characters of 'National Stadium' in Chinese lost parts.


On the bright side, it demonstrated the great quality control exercised by the Chinese project manager. The stadium sustained the most important political assignment, the whole purpose of its life. Who cares whether it may fall apart after the Olympic show? This was taken only days after the closing ceremony of the summer Olympic.


Another Olympic stadium, the BUTU stadium, was damaged after a windy night. It may somehow remind you the New Orleans Super Dome after the Katrina, but there's nothing dramatic like that. An otherwise perfect normal windy night in Beijing's winter left the brand new Olympic looking for a roof. The university had banned students talking topic on its BBS.

Sanlu, Baidu, and That Damned Olympic

An internal FAX surfaced today revealed more about the behind the curtain operations of the Sanlu (Triple Deer) powdered milk scandal.

The letter recommended three parallel strategies: 1) Silencing victims; 2) Buying out our the official search engine in China, Baidu; 3) citing national standard.

Company who pays RMB 5 million ($750k) in advertising enjoys a 'PR protection' status from Baidu. Baidu will delete any negative reference. The consulting company has managed to negotiated a deal that Sanlu only needs to pay RMB 3 million to qualify the status. Sanlu has paid RMB 1.8 million at the time of the letter (August 11, 2008), and the letter recommend Sanlu pay the rest ASAP to seal the deal.

The letter also revealed that adding melamine is also a common practice in China powder milk industry. The third strategy dictates Sanlu will threat to disclose this 'secret' to secure help from national producers association.

So what does this has anything to do with the Olympic? According to Xinhua News, as early as in March, the producer has been notified by hospitals across the nation of unusual number of infant kidney stones cases after using the Sanlu infant formula. As early as June, the top product quality agency in China, the general administraion of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of the people's republic of china (AQSIQ), had already handled the case. Although the original web page was no longer accessible, a Internet cache showed the answering of an inquiry No: 20080630-1622-25262. Because of the damned Olympic, hundreds of thousands of Chinese infants had to keep drinking poisonous milk for another 3 months.

Actually, this was not the first crisis of the Sanlu powder milk. Four years ago, in the Anhui 'Big Head Babies' case, among 41 other low price powder milk brands, Sanlu powder milk was tested to be of zero nutritious value, made of all with chemicals and nothing from a cow. Through a successful 'PR campaign', Sanlu was removed from the list, and the AQSIQ endorsed the campaign.

Sanlu is the largest powder milk producer in China, and second largest yoghurt producer and third largest liquid milk producer. In January 2008, Sunlu infant formula received the highest possible national technology award, the National Science and Technology Progress Award (2nd tier) for the successful mixing of melamine into diary products without hurting taste and safety. This is the only National Science and Technology Award ever been awarded to a diary related research in 20 years since the top national award was established.

Upon the public outcry, the company stopped selling of 10,386 tons of milk in its factory and warehouses, and recalled 700 tons that were already on the market. It showed 5-6% of melamine is the test samples. It is estimated that as many as 700 tons melamine had been added to its power milk products in the six months between January and June of 2008.

Sanlu was acquired by the New Zealand based Fonterra in December 2005. Fonterra acknowledge the issue, but stressed that the milk was only in markets in mainland China and the Taiwan area.

The following is a complaint filed by a consumer whose daughter was an victim of the Sanlu milk. Many baby died after drinking the Sanlu milk mixed with melamine. A search of the Internet finds hundreds of such complaints, but all the communism government had been doing was to silence the consumer, in part in name of the damned Olympic!

　　经历了这一事件，就像经历了漫漫长夜；又像做了一个噩梦。同时，也说明我们的食品安全问题任重而道远，想揭露事件的真相是很困难的，除非出现像安徽阜阳那种大事件，而所能揭露真相的比例占总数也是极少的。

　　事情是这样的。我全家（包括岳父岳母）都有吃奶粉的习惯。自2007年11月份开始，我在县城某超市陆续购得一批“三鹿”牌子的奶粉。经食用，首先发现生产日期及批号为2007/12/19 D 01 08的儿童高钙配方奶粉有如下现象：女儿晚睡前食用，次日晨起第一注小便排出，粘稠、呈淡黄色米汤状，还有细小颗粒沉淀，并偶有腹泻；停用即清，再食用又浊。再闻冲开之后的奶粉气味，似香不香；入口感觉淡涩、且有粉渣感。

　　开始，我以为买到假货了。出于公民义务，我将情况电话告知厂家服务热线。厂家叫我寄2包原封奶粉，送实验室检验。

　　我于2008年2 月25日，向河北石家庄三鹿集团股份有限公司寄出儿童高钙配方奶粉（生产日期及批号：2007/12/19 D 01 08）、中老年高钙配方奶粉（生产日期及批号：2007/12/29 D 02 37）各一包。

　　过了多天，我致电厂家，询问是否收到寄检奶粉？有无问题？请把检验结果传真给我。厂家承认收到，并证实是他们生产的产品，但没有跟我说有无质量问题，只是说地区代理商会跟我联系。

　　又过了几天，地区代理商代表厂家果然和我联系，叫我把没吃完的退还或换货；还说次日来人回收或换货。我不同意。我首先要的是检验结果。如果没问题，孩子吃了为何有上述情形？如果有问题，是什么问题？为什么不让我知道结果？如果不能让我知道结果，你为什么要叫我寄检？我又何必寄检？我孩子吃了，出现一些反常现象，可以退还或换货，那其它人的孩子呢？

　　自称是厂家代表的人给我的答复是：《检验报告单》涉及商业秘密，不能给我，但是可以给我看（到目前为止我还没有看到）。还说他们的儿童奶粉只适合３－７岁儿童，我孩子超过７岁。但包装袋上却明明标着：适合３岁以上少年儿童食用。后来提出：吃到肚子里的就说不清楚了；剩余１５包，１１包退一换一，开掉的４包退一换二。这是什么逻辑？他这样说有道理吗？连自己的产品都不熟悉的人，他能是厂家代表吗？我还能跟他谈吗？

　　我只好向消协投诉。消协于3月27日下午联系了卖家（超市），买卖双方在县工商局直属工商所所四楼由消协工作人员主持调解。卖方确认是他们所销售商品，说厂家不出具检验结果他们也觉得莫名其妙，最多只能按原价回收我们所食剩余的奶粉。我不同意。觉得此举意义不大，厂家既然叫我寄检了，我也寄检了，我一定要先知道奶粉有无质量问题！谈话间，他们还透露：他们仓库里还有大批这样的奶粉；泰顺县最大的连锁幼儿园——育才幼儿园也用这种奶粉。听到这些，我更想知道这批奶粉有无质量问题了，而想知道有无质量问题？唯一的办法就是由公正的第三方（即工商部门）通过合法的程序抽样送检。但检验费用得由我先垫付，说全检要上万，等于我要花几十倍的钱去证实它。我犹豫了，说回去好好想想。双方没有谈拢，调解没有成功。

　　这到底是怎么回事？我又找厂家。想通过厂家解决问题。我给厂家发了电子邮件，
内容如下:

　　“前段时间，我把奶粉寄你处检验的事。经与地区代理商和零售商多次协商，无果。现直接向你提出我的处理意见。

　　一、要求寄我检验报告单。如果说涉及商业秘密，寄我检验结果，并加盖公章也可。

　　二、如合格。要求对所剩余的我认为有问题的奶粉进行退换，毕竟这一批次的产品在食用后出现了一些不正常现象。

　　三、如果出于某种不可告人的原因，不能办到。我们即默认它为不合格。并按《食品卫生法》的相关规定处理。

　　四、无论那种情况，如换货，为确保所换奶粉质量。我要求你部直接与我接洽，或由我指定商店退换。

　　五、最后，双方签定调解协议，并通知消协。

　　上述五点妥否？请商榷。并尽快予以回复。”

　　但是厂家一直不做答复。后经思考，我觉得把奶粉寄送生产产家、让他们自己说有无问题，这一做法不妥。真理始于怀疑，而终于信仰。我就是把房子卖掉一套，也要查明事情的原委、破解心中的疑惑。我于３月３１日正式向县工商局直属工商所提出申请：为了天真的孩童，为了风烛残年的老者，为了更多的消费者，应该对这一批次有争议奶粉进行取样、并送权威部门检验。无论结果如何，对大家都是一件好事。

　　县工商局直属工商所的同志，在接到我的申请，并请示上级领导后，组织人员来到超市。结果发现慢了一步：前两天货架上，满满当当的上述批次的奶粉（包括其它老包装的），一包也没了，全部变成了新包装的奶粉，仓库里也没有，全部不知所终！问超市的管理人员，说是不清楚。这次行动失败的原因主要是厂家确认是其生产，工商方面有些迟疑，毕竟是名牌啊，所以在之前增加了调解程序；也是这个原因，导致去超市取不到样。

　　现在我手里的那堆奶粉就成孤证了。我看到那堆奶粉心里就郁闷：吃又不敢吃，扔掉又可惜、也不敢，换吧？又怕他们把类似原来那种质量的换给我。唉，身为人父、为人子的我该咋办呢？现在我只有寻求媒体的帮助了。

Jews Love Chinese So Much

The ambassador Zhao Jun, however, assured concerned Chinese readers that he had received a letter from the Israeli Sport and Culture Minister Galeb Majadle, saying that the Minister enjoyed his stay in Beijing during the Olympic Games.

Shahar Subari is born a Jew, and a member of the Israeli Army (IDF). His Olympic trip is sponsored by the IDF. Yediot Ahronot Daily enjoys a legal monopoly status as the dominant Hebrew newspaper in Israel with more than 50% market share.

Olympics Miscellaneous

A- The extremists set off bombs all over China, from east to west, south to north. Regardless, the Chinese government asserted that there was no terrorists in China, and all terrorists reported were conducted by persons either blind, limp or having mental problems.

B- The security measures used is unprecedented. It is said that the Olympic torch was protected on higher security level than that of the president Hu Jintao. When the torch relay passed the central China city Zhengzhou. A fake route was published on the local newspaper, while the real relay was conducted in an exclusive area guarded by heavy military forces. All public entertainment has been in a stall. In Olympic cities Beijing, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Qingdao and Shanghai, one can't get from point A to point B before his bag searched 5 times but hundreds of millions of volunteer securities armed with networked ID scanners. No group more than 5 are allowed to meet in public. Roller skating, kiting are strictly forbidden. Even daycares were ordered to be closed indefinitely during the Olympics Period, which officially not ended until late September.

It'll be interesting to see on which scale this unnecessarily stupid act may cost Xi's potential to be the next 'core' of China.

Seven Years Old Victim of Faked Olympic Show

This little girl is her parents' proud. Her smile looks like it carries a little bit shy, perhaps it was because of the tooth she had just lost. But that's ok, she is still very cute, very adorable to my eyes. How can a seven year old girl be not cute? Besides, she has a very beautiful voice. A voice that had touched the soft spot of millions at the same moment.

Seven years old first grader Yang Peiyi (杨沛宜) is yet another ordinary Chinese girl, but she sang the "Praise our Motherland" in the opening ceremony of the 2009 Olympic Games held in Beijing on August 8, 2008. A young girl dress in a simple red skirt singing the smooth and beautiful song became an immediate hit and one of the most memorable scene in Olympic history. The act was exceptionally well received in China. In numerous surveys conducted after the ceremony, without any exception, all Chinese people voted this song as the most touching program of the entire 3.5 hours ceremony. Many cried out of joy, love and proud.

While the smog of fireworks effects dispersed, the ugly truth sank in. The little girl in red dress did not sing the song she was pretending singing. The little girl in red dress stole the voice of Yang Peiyi for untold reasons (Now people know that another 5 years old little girl, who 'played' piano together with international mega star Lang Lang was the daughter of a sponsor). This is such a shame of the imposer, such a pity for Yang Peiyi, such a disgust to audiences all over the world.

'Nine-years-old becomes instant star with patriotic song', the official English newspaper China Daily reported, with no mention of the faked acting. Zhang Yimou, the acclaimed director said the song 'sung' by the red dressed girl was his personal favourite out of the entire show in the news brief held immediately after the faked show. Zhang spoke in great details how hard the red dressed girl had been rehearsing for the show. However, he didn't bother to tell the excited reporters who were still stunned by the 50 minutes, $300 Million faked show, that the girl was just faking. Retrospective thinking, it makes one chill when reviewing the tape of the new brief to see Zhang specifically told the reporters the red dressed girl sang the beautiful song, and how beautiful her voice was. In an lengthy interview to the red dressed gril's family made by the CCTV, the parents of the red dressed girl talked endlessly on the girl's 'performance' and how lovely their daughter had always been. There's not a single bit of shame or guilt, and of course they did not bother to mention that their daughter did not sing the song that touched the heart of billions of people. There's a saying: like father like son/daughter. Zhang Yimou has the world under his command with unlimited budget to produce the 50 minutes show. However, there are many things in the world that money can't buy, for example: honesty, dignity, or professionalism.

After the truth was leaked out accidentally by the Beijing Radio Station, Communism CCTV rushed to air an interview of Yang Peiyi three days after they fed the faked opening ceremony to the world. The interview was supposed to praise the little girl for her 'willingly' sacrifice for the county in name of a better show. The girl, accompanied by her father, was shown testified before the camera that she had no regret or hard feelings. She said she was happy because her voice was there. This is a heartbreaking moment, probably even more so than we were touched by her beautiful voice staged in the Olympic opening ceremony. What does a 7 years old know? What do we adults know? What do we do? How are we going to raise our children? Apparently there's no such words as 'shame' or 'shameless' in the dictionary of CCTV. Whatever the Olympic spirit stands for, whatever athletes fight for, whatever people looking for, it couldn't be represented by this ugly show.

In fairy tale 'Little Mermaid', her voice was stolen by the evil octopus by playing nasty tricks. So in the real life, as real as the show aired live to the entire world, who is the evil octopus?


The name of the person who is behind the arrangement is Chen Qigang, the chief music director of the opening ceremony faked show. A Shanghai born, French trained son-of-bitch. Chen Qigang's mentor is Olivier Messiaen. Next time, if there is a next time, please, no Frenchmen, no Shanghainese.

请把最后一点纯真留给孩子--关于妙可和沛宜

很偶然的从央视新闻里看到这么一段：

2008北京奥运会开幕式音乐总监陈其钢告诉主持人，8月8日晚开幕式上那首《歌唱祖国》的声音原来并不是来自那位次日登上《纽约时报》的小红星林妙可--那个令亿万观众感动落泪欢呼不已的纯美声音的主人是一位7岁的小女孩杨沛宜。

至于这个“双簧”的原因，陈总监解释说，因为考虑到对外形象所以最后决定用外形更好一些的林小朋友...

新闻节目中，杨沛宜面对记者，演唱了一小段歌曲，一副童真的可爱模样，至少我个人认为她的长相是很可爱和讨人喜欢的，还不至于会因为长相问题被淘汰,况且，我一直认为，世上没有丑的孩子，“每个孩子都是上帝牵着手送到这个世界来的”。

当记者问她有没有觉得遗憾时，她回答说不遗憾，开幕式上有自己的声音已经很满足了...

看完新闻，我说不出话来...

这也算是个大爆料吧，为何在开幕式结束后的那场新闻发布会上，主创人员任何人都对代唱一事只字未提呢？张艺谋导演当时甚至特的向记者们隆重推出了一下林妙可，介绍了一下这个小姑娘的情况。我不免疑惑：当时张艺谋大导演似乎更应该把这位幕后的杨小朋友向广大观众推出一下，效果会比事隔几日后才由音乐总监陈其钢向观众道出真相好得多吧。如果陈总监没有讲出这段隐情，恐怕杨小朋友要远做一个藏在幕后不为人所知的声音了。

现在，已经有数不清的观众认定林小朋友才是真命天女，并且涌现出了越来越多的“可可粉”们，在这种情况下，幕后代唱事件的公布，对两位小朋友恐怕都不是什么好事。

网友对此议论纷纷，有人认为，以杨沛宜处在换牙期而由林妙可顶上的说法不靠谱，因为小孩子换牙是正常现象，还不至于“有损国体”；有人更逗，调侃说如果导演认为长相不好的歌手会有损国体，那么更应该给刘欢、韩红找帅哥美女出台顶替；甚至有些离谱的，直接发问：林妙可也被张艺谋潜规则了吗？

其实，如果把开幕式视为一场文艺演出，那么导演是有权决定如何安排和使用人力物力财力，只要演出的结果得到观众认可，那么演出就可以说是成功的。但是当这件事牵涉到两个分别只有9岁、7岁年纪的小孩子时，观众在得知真相后的愤愤不平可想而知。开幕式上更多打动观众的，是那个天真无邪的声音，为了导演心目中的“完美”而组合了导演认为最动听的声音和最美的面庞，那么，在全世界都在为这个美丽面庞喝彩叫好的时候，是否也该为那个动听的声音鼓一下掌，认可一下她的辛劳与付出？

再想想林小朋友在台上的演出，一个9岁的孩子能够把一幕并不简单的双簧演绎的几乎完美无缺，我不由的担忧：这孩子通过这次开幕式表演，会不会已经认为出众的长相可以给自己带来更多的机会和荣耀？

作为一个导演，对于完美的追求无可厚非，但悲哀的是，在得到了他自己想要的完美的同时，也毁了两个孩子本该纯净如水的童真。因为他的选择和淘汰相当于已经给这两个孩子和他所面向的所有观众传达了这样的信息和理念：外表的美丽高于一切，因为只有外表是展示于人们眼前的，至于其他所有美好都只是外表的陪衬和修饰而已。

这种美的追求，恕我实在难以认可，尤其是对于孩子们，最美好的童年时光转瞬即逝，请在他们还不需要接触社会的红白灰黑与人情冷暖的年纪，把后一点纯真留给他们。

从林妙可假唱想起点事

我一直很困惑该怎么教小孩子， 什么样的小孩子将来会过得比较好。

我上中学的时候班里有个孩子成绩很好， 跟我和另外一个同学不上下， 基本我们三就是数一数二。我们两是属于比较低调的那种。 那个孩子特别高调， 什么能出风头就干什么。

我记得有一次， 学校的演讲比赛， 但是是很个人的， 不是比班级的那种。 班里本来叫我去， 那是个节日，我好像是班长还是什么的， 所以班里也会有活动。我怕到时候忙不过来，毕竟学习重要， 就问老师能不能让别人去。 那个同学马上说，好啊，只是我也很忙， 这样吧， 让她(指我)给我些演讲稿，我去讲！ 我当时都不知道说什么好。 你要是写演讲稿，我也有时间去讲。 这么会利用别人啊？ 结果还真是， 老师让我写稿子让那个同学去， 我也不好意思说要是这样我就自己去了。结果一点时间没省下来， 费劲扒拉地写好稿子， 人家出风头去了。 这种事情特别多。后来这个同学是学校的学生会副主席，一搞活动， 叫大家这里负责那里负责，她肯定一直待在校领导身边。

还有一次，我们两代表学校去参加省里的英语比赛， 赛前那个同学让我帮忙抽查单词，我认认真真地在那说了十几分钟， 后来想让那个同学问我， 那个同学立刻说，我们该休息了， 老这么背情绪不好。

这个孩子特别喜欢显摆，老说自己多牛多牛，当然不是特别没边的那种， 属于半真半假， 但是一看就特别显摆的那种。比赛得了奖， 她家搞了一帮本地电视台的记者去采访， 我们当地新闻播了好多天。 其实我们学校是重点学校， 年年那些比赛都有3，5个得奖的， 但是谁也没这么搞过。 后来那些新闻录像申请保送的时候全寄给北大招生办了。比方说她后来上了北大，大一的时候大家还喜欢写信，一写信就说什么国家领导人去他们学校演讲什么的。 其实大家都在很好的学校， 至于吗？而且 ， 一般的人， 就算国家领导来我们学校了， 也不至于到处跟人写信吧。后来她去了哈佛， 一写EMAIL就说哈佛该学院历史上从来不招中国人， 自己是历史第一人。 其实这年头， 大家一上网什么都查到了， 但是人就那么说， 还特骄傲。 当然她成绩也是很好的那种。

我小时候受的教育，老觉得这样不好， 我老觉得人好不好大家都看着呢， 吹什么呀？ 还有让别人写稿子自己去出风头的那种事， 我都不好意思开口。 所以当年我心里还有点不待见她。但是这么多年以后我发现好像不是这样的。 这孩子的性格吧，大家也觉得她喜欢显摆，喜欢怎么着， 她不会有特别亲的朋友， 但是交游广阔，好像谁都能认识， 尤其是上面的人，而且大家一说起来， 虽然觉得她老喜欢抬高自己， 但是好像大家都觉得她也确实挺牛的。 这个孩子从北大到哈佛， 后来进了很有名的一间公司， 毕业这几年每两三年总要跳回槽， 名头搞得都挺吓人的， 年薪跟我们这些同学里面同是名校，背景差不多的人的年薪都不在一个档次上。

现在吧， 我特困惑， 倒不是说我妒嫉。 我自己反正就是这样了。我就是想该怎么教孩子。

就说那个林妙可假唱吧， 我看见有人说要是自己是那个真唱的孩子的妈妈就不让自己女儿去为人作嫁衣服。真的吗？ 那也很难跟孩子解释啊？我觉得这是个问题。

In the Great Culture Revolution time, this was read as an evidence that women could and did lead a county. However, recent study revealed that the story was made up to warm people the catastrophic consequences of female ruling scenario.

There is no Terrorist in China

There could be many interpretations for the exact meaning of the Chinese government's response to the bus bombings in Shanghai and Kunming, but the real logic was that the CCP government dare not face the truth that the top military country in the world is behind those bombings.

The East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM) claimed responsibility of the coordinated bus bombings in Shanghai and Kunming on the eve of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Their announcement can be found all over the Internet. In YouTube videos made by the separatist organization, it even threatened large scale bombing targeting the Olympics Games to be held in Beijing in a few days. They were also responsible for a ring of bombings of civilian targets in the past two decades. However, the CCP never acknowledge there was a problem of such.

Some of East Turkestan Islamic Movement militias were captures in Afghanistan by the US army while they were fighting along the Al-Qaeda. Despite protest of the Chinese government, the US released them so that they could continue terrorism attacks on China. The ETIM established a government on exile in Washington D.C.

If the Chinese government recognize the bombing of the ETIM, then there's the moral responsibility to protest its citizen against the terrorism attacks sponsored by the US government. For one thing, it will make corrupted officials risk their income and an retirement in the US. That's why the Chinese government when answering reporters question on the ETIM's claim of responsibility of the recent bus bombings claimed that there was no terrorism activities in China.

Boycott Beijing Olympics, Shall We?

What happened on the night of the death of the 15 years old girl Li Shufen could remain a mystery forever, at least that's the impression after watching the broadcast news conference held by the Guizhou Government.

In the official account released by the Guizhou Government, the girl was asked out with two boys. They had dinner then walked to a bridge. Then one of the boy, the government stated he was the girl's boyfriend, a fact disputed by the victim's family, did some push-up and left. Then the other boy, friend of the former boy, started doing 'push-up' on the bridge. While he was doing 'push-up', the girl jumped over the bridge.

The government's conclusion was suicide. Too many high-profile cases in the past a few years ended up with the victims being suicided. 'To be suicided' has since become a popular Internet jargon.

Another joke point of the news conference was that the Q&A session was not only rehearsed, but also staged and played out by substitute actors and actresses. There were quite a few reporters from overseas media, such as from Hong Kong and Taiwan. However, all of these reporters spoke in a heavy local accent.

We had defended the Chinese government on Tibetan issues, we had cheered the Olympic Torch, but unless the government conduct a thorough investigation into the scandal and cover-up by high level officials in this candle, we will boycott the Beijing Olympics!

A War Lost

Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Straits lost in battles against Japanese's aggression.

Taiwan canceled a planned protesting trip of its navy fleet in the disputed Diaoyutai area. Both Beijing and Taipei recognize Taipei is directly in charge of the islands. The president Ma Ying-Jeou explained that what he meant the other day that he would launch a war against Japan's aggressions was a war in the international court, rather than on the open sea.


Beijing signed a treaty with Japan, and basically agreed with all Japanese claims on Chinese territory. Any opposing opinions were prohibited from appearing on any media or the Internet. There's no apparent reason to explain why did the communism government made the deal, other than to make Japanese leaders a happy guest in the summer Olympic to be held in a couple of months in Beijing.

Elite Overseas Chinese Disappointed the West

A true herolne. The 27 years old Shanghai girl's name is Jin Jing. Jing lost her right leg in childhood due to a malicious tumor. Jing grew up an Olympic athlete despite the physical challenge. Chinese all over the world were shocked when they watched the torch relay girl on the wheelchair was beaten by western sponsored 'Tibetan Independence' mobs. They were shocked when the mayor of Paris mocked the Chinese ambassador in front of the city hall. Fashion girls and office ladies vowed to boycott French product for five years. Thousands and thousands Chinese poured in San Francisco to celebrate the Olympic torch relay, chanting 'This is not Paris'. Hundreds of SF residents volunteered to make boarding available for out of towners. The site even managed to get two airplanes flying with banners of the Olympic flags.

Not everyone supports the ruling communism government in China, many deliberately fled from it. However, all were shocked by the hostile shown by the West towards the Olympic Game to be held in Beijing which is seen and felt as an insult to the Chinese. This is no return point, and the West just lost all credits it has accumulated. The West just accomplished one thing that the communism propaganda department had dreamed for 20 years, that was to make the younger and elite Chinese hate the West.

Small Things in Life

Players and tourists from the world visiting Beijing during the 2008 Summer Olympic Game will not need to worry about some small things in life. The Beijing based newspaper Jing Hua Times reported (A10 published on 03/11/2008) a statement made by the top Beijing prosecutor Mu Ping indicating minor offenses committed by foreigners during the game will not be prosecutors. Furthermore, any cases involving foreigners must be surrendered to upper level authorities.

People with foreign passport will be able to enjoy games without having to be bothered by paying local prostitutes or the jade bowl they broke the night before, those small things in life.

Mu Ping is the general prosecutor of Beijing, and a national congress member. Yes, it is the son of bitch on the right.

Distinguished Teacher Killed by Neighbor

Zhang Yurong, a distinguished retired teacher was killed by her neighbor Cao on Sept 6, 2007. According Cao's wife and the police, Cao fell out a competition for participating the Torch Relay for the Olympic Games to be held in Beijing in 2008. Cao had also been depressed for declining touring business. In the morning, Cao decided to kill a person to 'practice fitness', and he happened to see Ms. Zhang who shares in the same yard, 36 Zhanzi Hutong, Shichahai, Beijing. He killed Zhang with kitchen knife.

Zhang is a distinguished high school math teacher. Graduated from Beijing Normal University, and earlier the High School affiliated to Beijing University. A Beijing native, teacher Zhang taught students in the No. 2 Haolibao High School, Erguna Zuoqi, Hulunbeier Meng, Inner Mongolia before she taught at the Geology Research Institute School in Zhuozhou, Hebei Province. Zhang is love by her students. Zhang left behind her husband, teacher Zhou, and daughter Zhou Nan.
